(1) A person who wants to have a document translated must submit an application to a notary public as prescribed for document translation.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the notary public shall verify whether such document is official or not.
(3) If there is any doubt regarding the authenticity of a document, the notary public may examine or examine such document as necessary or communicate with the office or institution that issued such document.
(4) If such a document is found to be official from the examination as per sub-section (3), the notary public shall translate such document and certify that document as prescribed.
(5) Other arrangements related to document translation shall be as prescribed.
